What happens if oil gets spilled on my clutch?

It is even possible that the clutch will lock up due to permanent damage. Slipping can also cause rapid build up of heat which can melt the bearing seals and wire insulation. Once the bearings or coil are damaged, the clutch will never work properly again. So, it is important to keep the clutch free of any grease or oil.
